At interrlab, we design and manage visionary innovation projects and processes. Our work spans the full spectrum: from activating territorial ecosystems and fostering awareness to building capacity and piloting collaborative formats such as post-disciplinary residencies. We curate the entire cycle: from co-design to legacy-building. Based in Milan and Grenoble, we operate through a growing international network of institutions committed to sustainable, inclusive approaches to innovation.
Visionary Research
We operate as a laboratory for innovation design, where complex scientific, social, and industrial challenges become starting points for creative exploration. We activate people, relationships, and ecosystems capable of generating ideas, prototypes, and patents that address these challenges. We work in partnership with industries and public institutions that seek visionary approaches that are also sustainable and capable of creating long-term, socially meaningful impact.
Innovation Catalyst
We coordinate and manage art-science-technology residency programs in collaboration with research institutions, universities and scientific organizations. Acting as innovation catalysts, we design the collaborative process, support co-creation and ensure that the outcomes are captured and communicated through tailored reporting and legacy-building tools. Our goal is to maximize both creative impact and knowledge transfer across domains.
Ecosystem & Capacity Building
We support the development of skills and frameworks for managing post-disciplinary collaborations. We design and deliver capacity-building programs for institutions, curators, project managers and innovation actors. These programs include awareness-raising initiatives, workshops, and networking activities aimed at activating local and translocal ecosystems capable of sustaining visionary, cross-sector collaboration.
