about

interrlab was founded by Rosanna Di Nuzzo, whose extensive experience lies in designing and leading complex projects that respond to contemporary challenges. Her work is consistently guided by a strong focus on ethical, sustainable, and socially meaningful impact.

The project emerged as a response to the structural limits often encountered in funded collaborations, where organizational logics tend to reinforce ego-driven, backward-looking dynamics. In such contexts, interdisciplinary and creative practices risk being reduced to aesthetic tokenism or instrumental exploitation, rather than serving as engines of ethical innovation, long-term impact, and shared knowledge creation.

interrlab was created to challenge this paradigm. It operates as an open, post-disciplinary space where ideas can grow without constraint, research is driven by relevance, not performance, and uncertainty is embraced as a necessary condition for generative creativity.

At its core, interrlab is a living network of creatives, scientists, inventors, and innovators who are brought together case by case to engage with specific challenges. This flexible, challenge-driven model enables us to respond with agility, imagination, and depth, mobilizing the right constellation of minds for each unique context.
